Brigitte Guthmann (on left), a Sanibel property owner from Germany, stopped at VIP Realty Group office this week to visit our newest employee, Cathy Luman. Brigitte and Cathy are fellow owners at Blind Pass Condominiums on Sanibel’s west end. They developed an online friendship after Hurricane Ian through their condo’s Facebook Owner’s Group. Owners utilized the group to share information and support one another as they built back their units. Cathy serves as co-administrator of the group with another owner. This was their first in-person meeting!
Brigitte surprised Cathy not only with her presence, but also with a lovely Seletti porcelain cup, saucer and spoon as thanks to Cathy for her support of their condo community. We look forward to meeting more of her neighbors from near and far as they stop in our office! Neighbor or not, we hope you, too, stop by our office at 1560 Periwinkle Way.
