VIP Realty Group announced its top producers for the month of March 2021

James Hetmanek had top sales. Hetmanek and his wife, Penny, moved to Sanibel in 1993 and raised their two (now adult) children here.  His professional career began as a licensed securities consultant managing diversified stock and bond portfolios for high net worth individuals and groups. He joined VIP Realty in 1998 and is an Associate Broker, graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), International Marketing Specialist, and a Sanibel & Captiva Island Specialists (SCIS).  James is also a member of the Sanibel Community Church where he has served on the Budget & Finance Committee.

Amy Wainwright had top listings. Originally from a small town in western New York, Amy and her husband moved to Sanibel in 2006, an island that she had visited every year since 1972. In 2013, she earned her realtor’s license and joined VIP Realty, where she earned the title Rookie of the Year and became an Honor Society member. Amy has served on the board of directors for the Sanibel Community Association, Captiva Chapel by the Sea, Sanibel-Captiva Optimist Club, and Little Lake Murex Home Owners’ Association.  She is currently president-elect of the Sanibel Captiva Realtor’s Association.

The  team of Lynda and Kit Traverso was top producer. The Traversos have been selling real estate on Sanibel and Captiva since 1988, with sales exceeding $500 million. Lynda has been a source for numerous publications regarding local real estate information and has been quoted by Investor’s Business Daily, Barron’s, CNN-Money, as well as the national Realtor Magazine.  They were recognized as the 20I7 Associates of the Year for the islands, along with VIP Realty’s All Company Number One Agent.
