VIP Realty Group announces its top producers for the month
Arika Bjorkedal had top sales and top listings. A Minnesota native, Bjorkedal vacationed with her family on the beaches of Southwest Florida while growing up. A graduate of Union College in New York, she has made Florida her home and helps each of her customers make Southwest Florida their home to build years of happy memories.
James Hetmanek was the top producer. With over 20 years of buying and selling real estate and more than $300 Million in total sales, Hetmanek and his wife, Penny, are lifetime members of the VIP Realty President’s Club and have been recognized twice as top sellers for all VIP Realty offices. He is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Hetmanek has been active on committees for both the Sanibel and Captiva Association of Realtors and the Sanibel Community Church.
